Health Fund Rebates You will find our team are only too happy to help you with your health fund rebates in whatever way possible. We can assist in discussion however; the outcome will be your responsibility.
Infection control We know how important it is to maintain a safe and infection free environment for both you and our team. You will find all our equipment and instruments are sterilised to the highest clinical standards. If you have any questions before your dental procedure, please do not hesitate to ask us. All the Dental Clinique team are highly trained in this area.
Appointments We will always endeavour to make sure you can have an appointment at the time most convenient to you. If for any reason you feel you are unable to attend your specially reserved appointment, please contact us immediately. In order to avoid a possible cancellation fee, we require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Treatment information Once we have thoroughly checked your dental health, we will have an extensive discussion with you as to the treatment we recommend. With any case, we want to make sure you are fully informed about your personalised treatment, your dental fees and the expected outcome. If you have any questions, we will gladly answer them for you. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied and relaxed as this makes for a very easy and enjoyable relationship as we progress through your treatment.
Records Full records will be kept of your dental health during your time with us. At times throughout your treatment, we will need to take x-rays of your teeth and jaw to obtain a full understanding of your dental health. You will be informed of this at the time and if you have any questions, please discuss them with us.
From time to time, we may ask you for permission to use photos of your teeth as examples of work we have completed and are extremely proud of. This will only be done with your permission - we hope you want to show off your new smile as much as we do.
